We hope that our Shochu, which is impossible for us to think of producing elsewhere, will be enjoyed by most number of person. At the same time, our intent is not to produce a Shochu that is equally good for thousands of people, but rather a Shochu that is appreciated from the bottom of the heart, even if it will only be one in 10,000. We do the work that needs to be done just as it should be done and both the family and the people who work for us are committed to taking the company forward, step by step.

Distilled from the typical sweetness of barley, fragrant and slightly bitter, just like dark chocolate.
