Yamakawa Shuzo is known as the “Yamakawa of old Awamori” due to his commitment to produce aged Awamori. In our cellar, Awamori 20, 30, 40 and 50 years old rest dreaming of 100 years maturity. Awamori, produced using the abundant fresh water of the mountains, is known as “the work of art among alcoholic beverages”, with its smooth and aromatic taste.
